• Receiving, scheduling, and confirming appointment requests,

• Ensuring the operational security, reliability, and integrity of our web services.

This list does not establish a legal basis by itself. The applicable KVKK processing condition must be confirmed for each data category and activity before a live launch.

4. Data Transfers to Third Parties

The Cloudflare Pages demo uses Cloudflare for hosting. The online appointment link takes you to Medicasimple, which handles information entered on its own booking page. Google Maps loads only with your saved permission or after a one-time click. The processing and potential international-transfer terms of these providers require separate review before a live launch.

5. Retention and Storage

Data is retained only for the duration required to fulfill the stated purposes and in compliance with statutory retention periods under Turkish health and civil regulations. Upon expiration, data is securely erased or anonymized.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request details about the processing, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion subject to legal limits.
